C'est moi.

 After training as an Industrial Designer
I left college in 1971 to pursue a career in Architecture and Design
working for

Milton Keynes Development Corporation, Gillinson Barnett and Partners
Joshua Tetley Brewery, Portakabin and Applied Interior Design

prior to establishing my own Interior Design Consultancy
in 1984
trading as

David Appleyard
Design Consultant

Computers and CAD came in 1990 with the MAC and MiniCAD

With its closure in 1999 I took up full time employment as an Architectural Technician
and took on a major personal project
- to build a website as a tribute to my late father Joseph -
a prolific sporting and landscape artist in the 1950's.

Upon the completion of this undertaking
I decided it was time to "do a painting a month"
resulting in my first solo exhibition
in October 2004.

Still a full time "mouseman" in Architecture
I am continually adding to my Art Gallery,
albeit somewhat slowly through 2006.

2007 will hopefully see a major improvement.
