From simple beginnings the office was set up with an initial budget of £50.00 and a monthly rental of £90.00. The "Beer Orders" of the mid 90's eventually took their toll and the door on Unit F6 was finally shut in July 1999 allowing another one to be opened with full time employment as an Architectural Technician and Head of Design.
